Pawlie Knows currently sells digital products only. No physical products are shipped, and no shipping charges apply.

After payment is completed, your digital product will be delivered through a download link displayed after checkout or sent to the email address provided with your order.

Most downloads are available immediately. Delivery may occasionally be delayed by payment reviews, incorrect email information, or technical issues.

Please verify your email address before completing your purchase. If you do not receive your download, check your spam or junk folder, then reply to your order confirmation email for assistance.

Pawlie Knows is not responsible for delivery delays caused by an incorrect email address supplied by the customer, but we will make reasonable efforts to help you access your purchase.
